Drivers arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time. After confirming the driver using the details in your app, he or she will check your photo ID and you’ll be on your way. Our vehicles are always clean and roomy with complimentary water and ample charging for your electronic devices. Most professionals use their own hot spots for faster speeds, but some vehicles may provide wifi as well. We welcome your feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve the overall experience for our riders.
The vehicles will vary based on the number of passengers sharing the ride. All of the vehicles are late models with leather seats, cup holders and charging stations for phones and laptops. Also, very important, your comfort is a priority so we sell no middle seats… ever.
It works exactly the way it sounds – we drive you there, we wait for you and we drive you back in the same day. This way we help you to avoid the inconvenience and expenses of an overnight stay.
Our routes are set according to repeated travel trends. But if you desire a route or schedule that is not displayed, it’s simple – just tell us from where and to where you’d like to go and the timing of your schedule. We’ll coordinate with our drivers and set that trip up for you. In rare cases where we cannot accommodate your request, we will communicate that to you immediately so that you will have the maximum amount of time to make alternate arrangements.

When you drive yourself, you’re hostage behind the steering wheel and, as a result, the opportunity cost of all the things you’re not getting done increases in direct proportion to the length of your trip.
On a flight which has 30 minutes of actual airtime, the total process door to door is approximately 2 1/2 hours one way. You’ll have 5x the amount of productivity – say, working on your laptop – riding with Intercity than you would with commercial flights on distances too long to drive but too short to fly.
Passenger trains are much slower and often run behind schedule (which can bottleneck your planning), not to mention only leaving one time per day usually.
We take your safety very seriously. Drivers are required to go through a third-party vetting process with the municipalities in which they operate. This is usually the local police or sheriff’s department. We use the same vetting process as all of the top black car services in the market.
We’ve found that most people plan their trips ahead of time and book Intercity travel in advance. Trip cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund – no questions asked. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for trips cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure. However, in these cases, we do issue a coupon for 50% off of your next Intercity trip.

Being hostage behind the steering wheel gets more costly as the traveling distance grows. The rail infrastructure in the U.S. is not only nonexistent in many places, but is aging, resulting in slower travel. Passenger trains usually take a back seat to the more profitable freight trains.
